We decided not to waste the opportunity to see something additional on our way. Miguel certainly exceeded our expectations. His English was excellent (unfortunately we speak very little Spanish), and he was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the regions as we passed through and also discussing some of the local ways. Miguel took us to Antequera as planned and ensured we were able to easily get our tickets to the attractions without any sense of rushing us. We were picked up and dropped off punctually and really enjoyed our trip. Hopefully we will return to Spain and we can use this service again sometime.”

Pets are allowed (and loved)! We just need to know beforehand. You can tell us about them in the next phase of the booking.
Gratuity isn’t included or required, but if you really enjoyed your trip, you can show your driver your appreciation with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).
If you’re traveling with children, make sure to let us know in the booking so we can get the appropriate child seats ready!
Each passenger is allowed to have one checked bag and one carry on. If you’re traveling with more bags or oversized luggage, you can adjust this while booking.
Pay by credit card online, or in cash directly to your driver!

You will receive the vehicle that best fits the number of travelers in your group, ranging from a sedan to a van for groups of up to 7. Depending where you travel, you can book anything from a sedan comparable to a Toyota Corolla to a Mercedes V-Class to a Classic Cuban Car. While the exact model may vary, we always ensure that the vehicle provided meets your needs in terms of safety, reliability, and comfort. You may be upgraded to a larger vehicle class free of charge depending on availability. Since our largest vehicle seats 7, for groups larger a combination of vehicles will be used. We will send you the exact vehicle details a few days before your trip.
Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections - Daytrip provides door-to-door service! If you happen to be in a pedestrian-only area, your driver will meet you at a designated pick-up location.
You can make changes to your itinerary, including adding or changing sightseeing stops, free of charge up to 36 hours before departure (some changes may affect the price of the trip). If you need to make a last-minute change less than 36 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (additional fees may apply). To make changes, simply log in to your booking on the website, use the Daytrip app, or contact us. For flexible Pool bookings, you must contact us to make changes.
We can’t guarantee that every attraction will be open for every trip, especially during the off-season. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance. If you have any questions about your trip, feel free to contact our customer service department.
Everywhere except the USA, drivers will supply appropriate child seats (just let us know during booking). In the USA, certain states require you to supply your own child seats.
We strive to make your trip as comfortable as possible, and the air you breathe in the car is an important part of this. All drivers are required to keep their cars smoke-free, and generally as scent-neutral as possible. Which means no smoke, no dust, and no air fresheners.
