The Ethnographic Museum Borjgalo will guide you through the daily life and folk handicrafts of the region’s agricultural history with quaint and immersive displays. Each model within the museum reflects the labor process of the region, featuring meticulously dressed mannequins and authentic work environments, all created by the esteemed artist Kemal Turmanidze who dedicated three decades of his life to establishing this intimate museum. Situated on a spacious 3000-square-meter yard, the museum is adorned with green landscapes and a majestic 11-meter waterfall, providing a serene setting for visitors to delve into the rich cultural history of the Adjarian villages. The Ethnographic Museum Borjgalo welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Sunday, offering an enlightening experience from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. To support the preservation and maintenance of this remarkable cultural institution, an entrance fee of 15 GEL is required.
