Beautiful vineyards, a tour of a wine-production process, wine tasting, and a unique museum make this a one-stop-shop for all thing wine.
In 1981, Vangelis Gerovassiliou decided to revive the family craft. Along with establishing a winery, Gerovassiliou also collected artefacts and tools related to wine-making, including over 2600 corkscrews - one of the largest collections in the world. Visitors can tour the estate, where you'll see the vineyards up close, learn about and see the wine-making process, and most importantly, taste the wine! At the museum, along with the corkscrew collection, visitors can learn more about the history of wine-making through exhibits showcasing artefacts dating back to the 18th century.
