The Quadiriki Caves, nestled in Arikok National Park, are the site of ancient rock carvings and titillating folklore, beginning at the base of a limestone terrace. The main cave is composed of three chambers, the first two of which are illuminated by natural openings in the cave ceiling, allowing rays of sunlight to create stunning visual effects. The third chamber is starkly darker and damp, housing small, harmless bats, and natural formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Adjacent to the main cave lies a smaller cave, featuring an abundance of Amerindian petroglyphs. Local folklore surrounds the Quadiriki Caves with a mythical tale of star-crossed lovers, in which the daughter of an Indian chief who fell in love with a disapproved suitor were both imprisoned in separate caves. Despite their captivity, the lovers managed to meet clandestinely underground. Legend has it that both individuals met a tragic fate, and their spirits ascended to heaven through the openings in the cave's roof. Entry to Arikok National Park is US$15, with opening hours between 8AM to 4PM daily.

Yes! A return trip will take you back to your city of origin in the same size car in which you arrived. Return trips can be booked for the any day. You can also add customized sightseeing stops separately for each trip! Don’t worry if you don’t know your exact address at the time of booking - you’ll have the opportunity to update us closer to your travel date. Make sure to select “Return” when you start the booking process, then choose the dates and times of your departures.

You will receive the vehicle that best fits the number of travelers in your group, ranging from a sedan to a van for groups of up to 7. Depending where you travel, you can book anything from a sedan comparable to a Toyota Corolla to a Mercedes V-Class to a Classic Cuban Car. While the exact model may vary, we always ensure that the vehicle provided meets your needs in terms of safety, reliability, and comfort. You may be upgraded to a larger vehicle class free of charge depending on availability. Since our largest vehicle seats 7, for groups larger a combination of vehicles will be used. We will send you the exact vehicle details a few days before your trip.
