Experience the jaw-dropping drive across the 30 kilometer-long Jambatan Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien, also known as the Temburong Bridge. This engineering marvel is the sole road bridge in the country which directly connects the Bruneian mainland with the Temburong semi-exclave. Thanks to this bridge, commuters can travel between the two territories without the need to pass through Malaysia, bypassing four immigration checkpoints along the mainland route and significantly reducing travel times between Temburong and the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. The Temburong Bridge boasts three impressive towers along its length, adorned with connecting cables forming an open-fan pattern on the sides. Crossing this magnificent bridge on a clear day offers a breathtaking view of Brunei Bay and glimpses of the Labu Forest Reserve's mangroves on both sides. This scenic drive also treats travelers to captivating views of the Brunei River, hills, and, on some occasions, the majestic Mount Kinabalu in the distance.
