“I usually try to travel by local transportation whenever I can, but my friends and I loved our experience with Daytrip and our time with Alberto!
The website was easy to use for booking, and I really appreciated the recommended stops included during the booking process. When we needed assistance to make adjustments a few days ahead, customer service was fast and responsive.
As for Alberto (our driver), he is definitely in the right line of work! He picked us up on time and was easy to communicate with, both by phone and in person. He was honest with us, to our benefit-- when we had planned 3 hours in Positano because I had learned that the winery near Mt. Vesuvius was closed, he advised us against spending so much time in a small place. Instead, while we climbed Vesuvius, he spoke with his Daytrip supervisor and coordinated with another nearby winery.
