“Our trip from Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland to Venice, Italy, was great. We arrived at the pick up point early and Filippo was already there waiting for us. He was very nice and pointed out interesting things he saw as we were driving. When we arrived in Venice, he helped us find our way to the vaporetto and even called the Air B&B we rented to let them know we were on our way. We had a great experience. A few days before the trip, we received an email with a photo of our driver and a description of the vehicle, which was very helpful.”
