Manavgat Waterfall

These majestic waterfalls offer exhilarating watersports as well as calmer nature walks and water-side food options.

About

The Manavgat waterfall is one of the most visited places in Antalya, and for good reason. This incredible series of turquoise falls tumbles off of 16-foot (5-meter) tall cliffs, majestically pooling below into the crystalline river. The area is home to a rich diversity of native species, including a variety of fish such as carp, trout, and blackfish. The local birds also enjoy hanging out around the falls, with kingfisher and cuckoo birds making appearances. Given the power generated by the falls themselves, watersports such as rafting are very popular among visitors. While swimming isn’t allowed near the waterfall, travelers can enjoy a dip in the calmer pools further down the river. There are also a range of waterside lookout points from which to see the falls, and several restaurants and cafes right on the water’s edge. Tickets can be bought on entry, or boat tours booked in advance: https://antalyatouristinformation.com/tickets/
