He even sent me some real-time CCTV videos of the traffic jam. On the day, I asked for a 30 minute earlier pick up and coincidentally he was available. He also provided an air purifier as requested. It was really good to have a chat with him along the trip. I and my 70+ year old parents felt safe despite the heavy rain drive on the highway. He also recommended us to have an early dinner to mitigate for the fully-booked restaurants during the Islamic fasting break hour. Because of his experience, we arrived on time at the two immigrations without any traffic jam. The special benefit of using a car is that we did not have to get out of the car and carried our luggages with us to the immigration; and Mr. Eugene T helped us to ensure that all the processes were done seamlessly. It was a PERFECT 5-hour journey from our hotel in KL to our hotel in SG. I would love to use My Day Trip again for the SG - KL trip. It was REALLY CONVENIENT to travel with a car on this route.
