科列西诺瀑布是巴巴河的一部分。水流沿着花岗岩岩壁跌落62英尺（19米），然后继续向马其顿一侧的贝莱西卡山脉形成的山谷底部流去。瀑布可以从正前方的桥上欣赏到，该桥横跨河流的宽度。游客也可以从瀑布左侧的小径上的长椅或凉亭欣赏到瀑布，是享用小吃的绝佳地点！还可以爬上台阶到达瀑布的顶部，继续沿着河岸逆流徒步。冬季水流压力和气温下降时，瀑布通常会结冰，但在春季山上的雪融化时又恢复生机。
