“We did not know what to expect with this trip and booked from Australia. We were initially looking for an easy way to travel from Granada to Malaga. We decided not to waste the opportunity to see something additional on our way. Miguel certainly exceeded our expectations. His English was excellent (unfortunately we speak very little Spanish), and he was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the regions as we passed through and also discussing some of the local ways. Miguel took us to Antequera as planned and ensured we were able to easily get our tickets to the attractions without any sense of rushing us. We were picked up and dropped off punctually and really enjoyed our trip. Hopefully we will return to Spain and we can use this service again sometime.”

“Daytrip is the way to go! Four of us decided to plan four trips and utilized Daytrip. Our first trip was to Vysny Klatov, Slovakia and Atila was our driver. He was polite and knowledgeable. We visited my grandmother’s village and had a delightful time. We even stopped for dinner and a bit of shopping. We loved stopping for pictures in the fields of sunflowers. Trip 2: Caitalin was our driver from Budapest to Sofia, Bulgaria. He was great and regaled is with local folklore and customs as well as logistics. He was a pleasure! We wanted to keep traveling with him! We visited the Rockhewn Monastery and the Holy Virgin Church and the murals were stunning and it was a hike to the top. We visited Pleven and Prodhedna ‘Eyes of God’. Awesome! Trip 3: Ivaylo was our driver from Sofia to Sozopol, Bulgaria. Again, we were blessed with another fantastic driver and guide. We visited ancient city of Plovdiv, Old Town, Roman stadium and the Jewish Synagogue. We were not disappointed. We love traveling this way! Trip 4: Dobril was our driver from Sozopol to Varna and he was fabulous!! We loved our conversations and he was so thoughtful and helpful. We visited the Thracian Acropolis, St George and Nessebar. The history was amazing and our guide was wonderful!! We miss you Dobril!! Trip 5: Mikica was our driver from Varna to Bucharest. We had another wonderful driver and guide. We visited Madara, Basarbovo, Sveta Triotta and Comana Monastery. We HIGHLY recommend My Day Trip for a private transfer while traveling. The staff and drivers were excellent and a darn good value!!”

All Daytrip bookings are one way. If you need a return trip on a different date, simply book this as a separate one-way trip. For a same-day excursion, please request a custom trip. If you plan to stay more than a couple hours, we still recommend booking two one way trips so you're not paying a driver for waiting.
For Daytrip’s private service, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. For the Daytrip Pool shared shuttle, we offer 3 ticket options when booking: Non-refundable, Flexible with cancellations 24-hours before departure, and Super-flexible with cancellations up to 15-minutes before departure. While you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance, changes requested under 36 hours are subject to driver availability, especially in the high season.

Each passenger is allowed one large bag (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Luxury sedans can only accommodate 2 large bags. We always send the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage you are traveling with when booking. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit, contact us.
Everywhere except the USA, drivers will supply appropriate child seats (just let us know during booking). In the USA, certain states require you to supply your own child seats.
