Only 60 miles away from Riyadh, Al-Kharj is not exactly a tourist hotspot, but more of a window into the lives of ordinary Saudis. Additionally, the city is home to Al-Kharj Park Zoo, a compact zoo featuring wild animals such as lions, tigers, leopards, bears, and monkeys. The city's Water Tower is another recognizable structure, dramatically lit up at night. Families may also enjoy a visit to Al-Baijan Amusement Park, a spot your children would love to explore.
