Frogs Heaven was founded in 2009 when Jose Solis was working on his Biology degree. Since then, this family run, backyard conservation project has blossomed into a fascinating eco-tourism experience. On a guided tour through the lush jungle environment, you’re likely to see Costa Rica’s iconic red-eyed tree frog and poison-dart frogs (not to mention the other 28 species of frog that call the forest home), as well as birds, sloths, and a variety of reptiles.
