"Byron was very pleasant and went above and beyond. The ride from Lake Atitlan to the airport in Guatemala City felt more like a tour than a car ride. He found a good halfway point for us to stop and try what he called the best hot chocolate in Guatemala. I believe him because that hot chocolate was the best I had on our trip. He dropped us off at the airport with plenty of time to spare. This was a very pleasant experience, and I hope to see Byron again the next time we are in Guatemala.
