“We did not know what to expect with this trip and booked from Australia. We were initially looking for an easy way to travel from Granada to Malaga. We decided not to waste the opportunity to see something additional on our way. Miguel certainly exceeded our expectations. His English was excellent (unfortunately we speak very little Spanish), and he was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the regions as we passed through and also discussing some of the local ways. Miguel took us to Antequera as planned and ensured we were able to easily get our tickets to the attractions without any sense of rushing us. We were picked up and dropped off punctually and really enjoyed our trip. Hopefully we will return to Spain and we can use this service again sometime.”

“Drove from Budva, Montenegro to Durres, Albania which took approximately 6-7 hours with breaks. It was extremely easy to book the service, and they sent an email days in advance introducing me to the driver - Masan. It was amazing to see that the company/Masan coordinated directly with our car rental company to figure out where we would meet at the bus station (we were dropping off our rental there). They exchanged numbers and made sure to meet us at Budva bus station - that's impeccable service! Masan himself was the best part. He was extremely professional, made sure we had water, gave us insight on Montenegro culture and history, and always asked if we were comfortable with temperature in the car. Masan was also absolutely hilarious - it was a very long ride to share with a stranger, but it felt like Masan was one of our friends. Finally, we were two girls who arrived to Durres to pick up our new car rental. Unfortunately, not only could we not find the company at their address, but they also didn't find our reservation in their records (that's a bad review I will write later about Sixt) and Masan stayed with us for another hour to help figure out what to do. We felt much safer and comfortable with him by our side. I would definitely recommend using this service without any hesitation! Thank you Daytrip and please pass on our hugs to Masan.”

All Daytrip bookings are one way. If you need a return trip on a different date, simply book this as a separate one-way trip. For a same-day excursion, please request a custom trip. If you plan to stay more than a couple hours, we still recommend booking two one way trips so you're not paying a driver for waiting.
For Daytrip’s private service, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. For the Daytrip Pool shared shuttle, we offer 3 ticket options when booking: Non-refundable, Flexible with cancellations 24-hours before departure, and Super-flexible with cancellations up to 15-minutes before departure. While you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance, changes requested under 36 hours are subject to driver availability, especially in the high season.

Each passenger is allowed one large bag (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Luxury sedans can only accommodate 2 large bags. We always send the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage you are traveling with when booking. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit, contact us.
Everywhere except the USA, drivers will supply appropriate child seats (just let us know during booking). In the USA, certain states require you to supply your own child seats.
