They accommodated our daughter who is in a wheelchair

We had two amazing experiences during our trip to Spain and Portugal with Daytrip. Walter Mendez drove us from Lisbon to Lagos and Nataliya drove us from Lagos to Seville. Both drivers were professional and kind. They both gave us some history and knowledge of the places we were arriving to. They accommodated our daughter who is in a wheelchair. I would highly recommend Daytrip as a transfer service.

So very patient and helpful

I had a wonderful experience with Said H. in October. He picked me and my elderly parents up at our apartment in Paris and drove us to Bayeux, Normandy where we met up with our Sage Tour guide. We were traveling with a wheelchair for my Mom and Said was so very patient and helpful. He was so kind and willing to make stops to go to the restroom, and get a cup of coffee. He was flexible with the time that we needed to meet up again for the return drive, which helped us not to be stressed. He even went above and beyond and was able to take us over to the Eiffel Tower on our way home so that we could see the sparkling lights at 9PM. It was magical! If he had not done that, we would have missed it. I can't say enough good things about Said and his character. I highly recommend this company and especially Said!!!

Going above and beyond with our disability

Our Driver Jose P. Was amazing! The service exceeded our expectations. This gentleman was a professional driver and a kind, friendly knowledgeable human being. The basics: ultra clean, comfortable, spacious car driven by a safe, courteous and professional driver. He was flexible and knowledgeable about the route. The unexpected: Beyond helpful assisting us with our luggage and going above and beyond with our disability and medical bioity challenges. He secured a wheelchair for us at Fatima; insisted on helping us access the experience and all with a sweet spirit. He provided a wealth of local , historical, information and trivia keeping even a 94 year old passenger entertained. He pointed out the olive tree farms, grape farms for wine, cork fields and a passing cork truck; demographics about Portugal; historical facts, geographical details etc.!
