The trip from Milan to Como was outstanding; which is exactly how I felt when Tiziano R. took us from Venice to Milan. The subsequent trips from Como City to Verona and then back to Venice were all perfect. Your drivers are excellent…they are courteous, friendly, informative and very good drivers. The fact that they are always early to pick up, really put my mind to rest during our post week trip to Northern Italy. When we checked into our hotel in Venice; Carlo sent a text that there was a pair of sunglasses left in the vehicle…they were my Mother-in-Law’s, but an inexpensive pair and not worth sending on. I was so impressed that he took the initiative to let us know and offer to send them – that is customer service above and beyond!!
