“Vi var mycket nöjda med kvaliteten på den service vi fick från Day Trip. Vi hade två resor med Day Trip: den 31 augusti från Aten till Lefkada och den 7 september från Lefkada tillbaka till Aten. Båda resorna inkluderade stopp vid natursköna platser i Grekland. Båda förarna var utmärkta och tillmötesgående. Vi vill dock särskilt uppmärksamma Panos Peppas, som var vår förare från Lefkada till Aten. “Gonzalo från Daytrip var vår chaufför och han var helt fantastisk. Han gjorde allt för att hitta oss eftersom vår mobiltäckning var dålig. Han väntade tålmodigt i lobbyn tills vi kom, så att han kunde köra oss från Tulum Dreams Resort till vårt andra hotell i Cancún, en och en halv timme bort nära flygplatsen inför vår hemresa. Han var artig, respektfull och vänlig. Han såg till att vi hade det bekvämt under hela resan. Snabb och effektiv. “Marianna hämtade oss för att köra oss från Heraklion till Chania. Vädret var hemskt, och på grund av detta kom Marianna några minuter sent. Hon kontaktade mig för att meddela det. Marianna bor i Chania och gjorde resan väldigt intressant genom att berätta om lokala sevärdheter och saker att göra i Chania. “We got picked up from Sintra and taken to Porto, Portugal with Augusto. He couldn’t do more for us. We stopped in Nazaré and Coimbra along the way with Augusto giving us tips and directions on what to see. The door to door service was perfect considering we a group of two families.”
