Prohodna Cave

Journey into this mystifying karst tunnel, often called the "Eyes of God" for the two massive holes in the ceiling that mimic eyes and lend the entire cave a surreal beauty.
What to see
- Huge, naturally carved entrances to the tunnel, forming dramatic cathedral-like arches
- The iconic "Eyes of God," which become particularly stunning with sunlight streaming through them on bright days
What to do
- Enjoy scenic walking trails around and through the cave
- Rock climb some of the best routes in Bulgaria (not beginner-friendly, suitable for advanced climbers)
- For a thrill, try bungee jumping off the cave's largest entrance
