"Albert was excellent! He was right on time, well dressed and polite. He helped us with the luggage and made sure we were comfortable. He was a great travelling companion and conversed with us in either Spanish or English. Our destination was the old city center at Carcassonne, France, which cannot be driven into. However, Albert got as close as he could, delivering us to the Porte Narbonesse, which really helped us, as one of our number is a bit mobility impaired. In short, we have nothing but praise for your driver, Albert, and for the Daytrip service. "
