"I reached out to the chat the night before my pick up at the airport because I was unclear on where to meet my driver. They put my concerns at ease and let me know that my driver would be waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. My drivers was in contact with me five minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time to ensure me that he was there waiting for me and gave me the exact location where he was standing. The best time to visit Playa del Carmen is the dry season! Mexico’s tropical regions have two seasons: dry and rainy.
