"I was very happy with Daytrip from the booking process which had a short lead time and the driver Gouseppe C.M. He arrived on time, picked up our bags from our apartment, drove safely, knew where he was going, and was respectful. A good experience for us. "

"Francesco was amazing. He took our family to Syracuse on Wednesday and, the day before on Tuesday, he took my brother in law Brian and his family to Palermo airport. When they were about 5 minutes from the airport I received a call from the hotel front desk letting me know that Brian had left their passports and wallets in the hotel room safe. There was no time to turn back around or they would have missed their flight. Francesco was able to quickly arrange for one of his colleagues to go to the hotel, get the passports, and quickly drive to Palermo airport. They were able to just barely make the flight and that would have not been possible without Francesco’s quick thinking and amazing customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Francesco and Daytrip. You guys are amazing 😁"
