"Greetings Prior to Nicola picking me up in Matera I had spent some time in hospital as I had dislocated my shoulder in a fall at my accommodation - issue with steps that were of different heights and tiled floors. To say Nicola was superb is an understatement - he was simply brilliant -his driving was superb and his care for me was just so lovely- he even followed up via WhatsApp days later to check how I was- this was beyond the call of duty. With my arm in sling and my body bruised and battered and sporting a massive black eye - this lovely representative of your company took me to Alberobello and Locorotondo - checking I was ok- I could have so easily just said forget about these places and just take me to Polignano a Mare but I didn’t ! I did not miss anything on my list - I am just sooo appreciative…we kept in touch and I slowly made my way around these magical Puglian towns - thank you Nicola for making my holiday still continue. Then Nicola contacted my accommodation and the wonderful Cosima from Posea accommodation in Polignano met us where I was whisked away along with my accommodation. Nicola is the most amazing driver and person -thank you for all you did to support me."

He was late through no fault of his own (roads closed due to movie being filmed), but when he arrived, he jumped out of the vehicle to help us with our luggage and offered us bottled water immediately. He was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what we should see. He was lovely all the way through. Definitely would hire him again!"
