When we reached Lake Como the plan was to drive across the lake to Varenna in our car; but the ferry was cancelled due to high winds. So Veaceslav had to drive us around the lake to Varenna, which added on an additional two hours to our trip (and delayed his return). He considerately stopped so we could use the restroom along the way, and was friendly and helpful despite the unexpected delays. ""

"Dear Daytrip- our ride from Lucerne to Varenna was just perfect. Cristian was great. He knew what he was doing- he was on time, he seemed to know the route, and was a careful and safe driver. We also appreciated the rest stop. He wasn’t overly talkative which, for me, was great. We were so glad to have this direct route to Varenna which got us there much earlier in the day than going on trains would have done. We were very happy for this service and will use it again if the need comes along Thank you!"
