"Youssef was on time at the appointed place. He identified our bags on the quay and loaded them efficiently. I was pleased that he required four passengers in a van to use seat belts. We traveled on secondary roads from Lyon to Auxerre, and views along the route were beautiful. He managed a closure of local roads due to a community run at our first destination.
