It is because of them, we saw an important part of Fatima that the guide books do not even mention; while we believed the Shrine of Fatima was the focus of our pilgrimage, it was the trip recommended by them to the area of the homes of the three children that fulfilled our pilgrimage. Had it not been for them, we would have missed that experience. As far as your services—I cannot think of one thing you could improve upon. Daytrip responded quickly to all my emails—and worked quickly to rectify any issues I had. (The most challenging was that my credit card had been charged for the trip, but daytrip could not find proof of it. I worked with a person on the website’s “chat now” feature, and she worked to find the glitch.). Daytrip remained professional the entire time.
