"Everything worked out great from our end. Thanks for up date on the day trip site for the driver information and contact information. Our airline flight was late, but I had built in some extra time for pick up at the airport. Franco was there waiting for us at the airport when we exited baggage claim with a clear sign with our name on it. He was easy to spot. The minivan had a enough room for the three of us and our luggage. The drive time was 1 1/2 hours from the airport to Lugano, as indicated. Franco was quiet, but it was hard to talk with the air conditioning on and the plastic barrier between the driver and passengers. Franco got as close as he could to the hotel in Lugano, however, there is pedestrian only area near the hotel entrance."
