"Umberto, who was our driver from Rapallo to Traso/Genoa for a day; and then took us to Milan on our last day for a 4 hour stop before dropping us at our airport hotel for our next day departure, was fantastic. He even asked a couple of people in the small village of Traso if they knew anyone with our relatives' surnames and found someone who turned out to be a distant cousin. Without him we would have only seen where our relatives came from, and the old church where many of them were interned. He made it a very special day which all will remember. Our experience with your company could not have been better."
