"It was a bit of a harrowing trip because my friend’s daughter was sick and threw up in the car. The way the driver handled it was extremely professional and helpful because this would obviously impact his future rides and delayed the journey. He did what was necessary to secure his next pickup (calling someone else to do it) and never once got upset."
