"Our driver, Pavol, was personable, friendly, accommodating and caring. When we found out that our boat would arrive 2 hours early in Passau, we made a call to Pavol who was able to meet us an hour before our scheduled time! He met us, put our bags in the car and apologized. We were just so happy he could make it earlier!!! From the beginning he told us that whenever we needed to stop for any reason, he would accommodate those needs.He was courteous and very much a people person. As we all know, people are the face of a company, and Pavol couldn't have been better! He provided commentary for our travel between Passau and Venice and was willing to answer all of our questions. He brought us through Salzburg to see closer views of Mozart and Sound of Music sites! The ride was spectacular over and through the Alps. We felt safe and secure with Pavol as our driver. By hiring your car service, we were able to arrive in Venice a full 12 hours earlier and during daytime. Pavol told us he would help with finding the right transport to our hotel, but we were okay. I don't believe there was anything he wouldn't have done to make our trip with him and your company better. We will definitely use your service again when needed and will recommend you to our friends. "
