From Porto to Evora by train

If you want to take a train from Porto to Evora, you must book a ticket with Comboios De Portugal, one of the only train lines offering trips between these destinations. This train line offers trips every hour and covers the distance to Evora in about five and a half hours. In addition, ticket prices vary, but you can budget between $30 and $44. You should also expect to encounter at least one transfer though, typically in Novo.

When visiting, expect to see thousands of artifacts and several artwork masterpieces adorning the walls, like the Museu de Evora, which paints a detailed image of the city's local culture through the centuries it's seen.

These months comprise the spring and summer months when the city is most pleasant weather-wise. It's usually best to visit in the spring and fall. If you visit in the middle of summer, you'll see more crowds, higher prices, and might see some bad weather and heavy rains alongside heatwaves.
