"Paolo arrived punctually and was an excellent driver who collected me from my hotel in San Marino and delivered me safely to my accommodation in Ravenna saving me hours of managing buses and trains in the heat of summer. Luckily for me Paolo spoke English fluently and was happy to chat about Italy and my country Australia. Paolo was very professional and genuine.
