"Ivan was fantastic. We so enjoyed our drive with him. Very professional. Suggestion: make sure the driver knows where the drop off point is for the hotel, even if it requires a call to the hotel. Don’t rely on google or wayz to get to the destination, especially in a hill town such as Montepulciano. "
