He was particularly helpful when we were in Bolognetta and encountered some distant relatives of mine and again in Palermo, when we needed help getting into our apartment. He went beyond the call of duty. The car was well equipped and very comfortable. Fulvio was at our hotel to pick us up a half hour early. I was glad we hadn’t chosen our other options - driving a rental car or taking a bus. Driving in Italy is a challenge I don’t want to revisit at my age and the two stops, highlights of our time in Sicily, including a good lunch, would not have worked with a bus. In summary, the service was a good value and we would do it again under similar circumstances. ""
