"Julio’s service was professional and outstanding! I got a message from him the night before confirming the reservation, and explaining the pick up process. This removed all my stressors about transportation at the end of our vacation. Being a person who does not travel internationally a lot, he made the process so easy and worry-less. The day of pick up, he shared his location with me when he was 15 mins away from our pick up, and arrived 15 minutes early. His car was clean inside and out, and was dressed in professional business attire. We spoke the whole hour and a half car ride, learning so much more about this beautiful city and country. "First of all there was a protest in Tulum that was making my original driver be late so he arranged for another driver, Felix, to pick me up. When we got to the Cancun airport I realized I had forgotten my passport in my hotel room. I contacted Felix and customer support right away, Felix came back and picked me up and drove me back to the hotel in Tulum and back to the airport again as fast as possible. Although Tulum has its own international airport, the Cancun International Airport (CUN) is far larger and more popular---probably why you're making the trip! Airlines aren’t known to wait around for late passengers, so book your transportation from Tulum to the Cancun Airport with a company you can trust.
