"Easygoing person, Mohsen knows a lot about his country and was able to lead us through it, we added two stops and he was very helpful, facilitating our communication with local people and giving really useful information about the places. I would give 10 stars if it was possible!"

"Hello, I will rate our trip 10 out of 10. It was perfect. Driver came 2 mins earlier, helped with luggage, had good English and was very social. We could talk about everything, had nice topics conversations so time flew fast and trip was fun. He also stopped at gas station for coffee break. Very nice kind polite man. His driving was safe and calm and we felt ourselves in good hands."

The drive from Tunis to Sousse takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours covering about 140-150 kilometers. The route follows well-maintained highways and offers views of Tunisia's Mediterranean coastline and central plains.

The route passes through Hammamet, known for its beaches and historic medina. You can also visit nearby archeological sites like Carthage, Uthina, and Thuburbo Majus. Other sites include Kairouan, the fourth most holy city in Islam, and The Water Temple, which was built by the Romans after being saved from a drought.

Tunisia is a Muslim-majority country, so dress modestly when visiting religious sites and local areas. French and Arabic are widely spoken, and the Tunisian dinar is the local currency. Ramadan affects opening hours and dining availability during daylight hours.

Yes, the main highway between Tunis and Sousse is well-maintained and safe. It's part of the modern road network connecting major Tunisian cities. Traffic can be heavier near urban areas, but the route is suitable for all types of vehicles.

Driving is the fastest way! Public options include the Tunisian railway system (SNCFT) with regular trains taking about 2 hours and 15 minutes, shared taxis called "louages" that depart when full, and intercity buses.
