"Our last trips from Lucerne to Vaduz and Vaduz to Zurich with Lucian were great. He was super friendly, he had battery chargers available for our phones and even offered to take pictures of us outside tourist attractions. Even though he didn't speak much English, he tried really hard to make himself understood. We appreciated his good manners. He was driving a nice Mercedes V-class van and was dressed like a real chauffeur. "

"Hi Marketa, The most important thing for me was Mateusz. What a fantastic, polite and well mannered young man he was. He was informative and a true gentleman. From the very first second he was friendly and made us feel completely at ease. He helped with our cases and once in car he explained the route we would take and the amount of travel time. He was informative all the way to Zurich, and gave us some helpful tips when we arrived, and once again hopped out and took our cases into the hotel without us asking. What also impressed me was the way he drove. We felt safe with him as he was a very polite driver. The night before pickup we contacted daytrip to see if Mateusz could do an earlier pickup. We got a prompt response telling us he could. So a very big thank you to both daytrip and Mateusz for that. With people like Mateusz I am sure that your company can only grow to be very successful.
