"Dear Marketa, We thoroughly enjoyed our trip from Vienna to Ljubljana. Ziga arrived punctually @ 9.00am & stopped at a number of pre determined towns along the route. Despite the wet conditions, each of our stops were interesting & enjoyable. Ziga was a reserved, quiet person but happy to answer questions . We thought his English language skills were not that advanced but nonetheless he tried his best which we were happy with. He offered us some water & snacks, which we thought was very generous.
