"Our experience with your company was top-notch! Mauricio was the perfect driver and host for our drive from Vilamoura to Lisbon! He arrived 10 minutes early and was waiting for us and ready to accommodate all of our needs. The car was perfect… spacious, clean, comfortable… even with 5 of us an 7 large bags! He also turned out to be a great tour guide answering all of our questions about the countryside, towns along the way, crops, storks nests and so much more! And when we arrived and realized the entrance to the apartment we had rented was on a pedestrian street, he even helped us get all of our bags to the door. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate our experience at least a 15!! "

I’m writing this mail to convey my appreciation to all of you for your prompt responses to my queries and concerns which made this possible. In particular, his suggestion for a place to have lunch was outstanding and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the chef’s suggestions and inputs. One suggestion for you guys to consider - there is no contact telephone number mentioned on the site or the booking confirmation and whilst I do appreciate that you’ve been responding reasonably promptly to my emails, I would have been more comfortable if I could have had the option to speak to someone when I couldn’t get through to Nuno in the morning today.
