"Hello. Tom was terrific! He gets the highest marks. He got a permit to drive into downtown Cesky Krumlov to minimize our walk with our luggage. He was very friendly and told us about the areas we were seeing along the way. I was very impressed with his clear communication and organizational skills - he sent us an exact picture of our meeting location with the spot highlighted and was extremely communicative and responsive leading up to the trip.
