Angelo was EXTREMELY kind, prompt, and communicated when he was on his way, if he was stuck in traffic, etc. When he dropped us off at our destination, we quickly realized we were at the wrong hotel and there was a miscommunication between our travel agent and daytrip. I called Angelo and he turned around within five minutes and came back to pick us up and bring us to the corrected location! My husband and I were SO THANKFUL because it was a thirty minute walk and we had all of our luggage with us in Naples! Angelo was incredibly kind, warm, helpful, and even took the time to point out different things around the city and suggest restaurants for dinner.
