Angelo was EXTREMELY kind, prompt, and communicated when he was on his way, if he was stuck in traffic, etc. When he dropped us off at our destination, we quickly realized we were at the wrong hotel and there was a miscommunication between our travel agent and daytrip. I called Angelo and he turned around within five minutes and came back to pick us up and bring us to the corrected location! My husband and I were SO THANKFUL because it was a thirty minute walk and we had all of our luggage with us in Naples! "Honestly wouldn’t have changed a thing! You really saved us! We had forgot to book a transfer back to the airport. We got back to our very late after being at a wedding and the hotel told us they couldn’t book us a car for the morning. Without a transfer we would have missed our flight! I had requested a car but to be honest with it being nearly 3am I didn’t have much hope. When I woke up I had a confirmation and Franco details. I could have cried with happiness.
