“I researched several different ways to get 4 people (2 of which were seniors) from Venice to Ljubljana, Slovenia, and couldn't find any simply way... by train we needed to change stations at the border; a bus (with our luggage) just seemed too tedious; and renting a car for a one-way trip across the Italian/Slovenian border just wasn't possible.
