"Felix was great! My situation was unique in that I was in an obscure part of the city, I had no access to wifi, and scheduled a pick up for 4 am. I was nervous that my driver would not find me and would have no way to communicate with me. However Felix was very familiar with the city and even though GPS did not map out my location, he still navigated the new roads and drove cautiously until he found me. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and I felt very safe. I appreciate the overall process. The app is easy to use and the back and forth communication with customer service was very prompt and friendly. I needed to adjust some details and there were no issues with them helping me out.
