"JOAO was fantastic! He texted us to advise that he was in the arrivals hall. As soon as we got our bags off the carousels, we went there and he came right up to us, took our bags, and cheerfully and sweetly took us to his car. He was WONDERFUL, and it was such a relief to see him after our long journey from California. He chatted with us as we drove to our conference hotel. He took out our bags, walked them up some steep stairs and made sure we were settled into the hotel reception before he left. Joao is a JEWEL !!! Thank you, Joao, for your kindness, helpfulness, and excellent driving."
