"Eugene was awesome. He arrived very promptly and dropped us off exactly where we were staying and arrived before we were due because his knowledge of Singapore was so good. Equally getting through Kuala Lumpur was extremely efficient. Eugene was also extremely personable and funny keeping us entertained all through the journey with interesting information about the Journey, Malaysia, Singapore and a lot of local information about politics, travel, eating, etc. He also gave us a lot of useful information about our onward stay and journey. He was really very good, and I cannot sing his praises enough. We will use your company again. Please pass on our kindest regard to his and to his family. "As this is the first time I had used this kind of private car transfer service, I had no idea what to expect. From the time I sent an enquiry, to the point where I met my driver - everything materialised so smoothly and pleasantly. MDT's helpdesk replied to my enquiries in such a timely manner, and was so accomodating. Vibe was extremely welcoming and friendly. Driver (Sky) was very professional and accomodating. We were supposed to go to Batu Caves, but because it was absolutely pouring, we couldn't. Still, Sky made the slow trudge into the carpark just so that I could see the sights and take pictures from the car. Also, because we couldn't leave the car, he kindly offered to bring me to another sight seeing place - glass temple (or something). The journey home was so smooth, and because I was a solo traveller, it was easy to play by ear. We ended up in Singapore earlier than expected because there was no issue of driving straight past all the rest stops when we don't feel like stopping. It was very pricey, but the level of professionalism and safety made it worth it, at least. Will definitely use this service again, but maybe with more people next time since it is pricey. "
