"Our overall experience was very good. We appreciated the communication from your company after booking the trip and the care that was taken in locating the place we were staying. Robert was ready for us and early the day of our departure. He actually approached us first, speaking English and friendly, which put us at ease right away. We thought Roberts car was very nice and clean. I liked that he had his iPad with the Waze app running in plain view so we could see our progress along the route. When we loaded our bags into Roberts car it looked like he had water and some other supplies in the back and I thought “this is a professional.” 🙂"
