"Ali was fantastic! He sent a text message earlier in the morning to confirm his arrival time, then arrived at our hotel early, and helped load our luggage as we came out of the building. He was helpful in answering all of our questions along the way, and had a charming personality. We arrived earlier than expected, and he took a scenic route that enabled us to enjoy the beautiful views. Finally, because he is authorized to drive directly into Zermatt, we were able to bypass the Tasch to Zermatt train connection and arrive in Zermatt itself, after he called ahead to our hotel to arrange an electric shuttle to pick us up. This was a huge benefit since we did not need to carry our luggage from on the train connection. Overall, we really appreciated the outstanding service and would definitely recommend Ali and daytrip to other travelers. "
