"Every trip went extremely well. The drivers were professional and prompt. All were dressed in collared shirts and dress pants. The cars, from Corollas to Mercedes E-class, were show-room clean. It was wonderful being picked up and dropped off at hotel door steps. There was no wasted time at transit stations, and no car rental or parking hassles. We'll use the service again. "

"When it comes to ‘the personal touch’ Rafael was a standout. Let me give you illustrations. We weren’t quite ready when he arrived so he had to move his car as our street was narrow and he couldn’t park. He then carried both our suitcases, which weighed just under twenty kilos each, to the car and drove back to our accommodation to collect us. Then, on the side trip to the Medina, when on a cold day we emerged —rather late — from the museum, he thoughtfully retrieved our coats from the boot of the car and gave them to us without our having to say anything at all. When we came down from the upper part of the complex, he saw us on the shuttle bus and drove up to the drop-off point to pick us up. Then, even more considerately, when we arrived in Seville to find that our accommodation was in a pedestrian-only precinct, he carried, yes carried not rolled our suitcases on the cobbled streets, to our destination. In our eyes, he is a champion, oh, and he drives well. "
