"The driver is very kind and considerate. He parked his car at level 6 and went to the reception to look for us. During our stop at Mainz, he parked his car at the mall’s carpark, walked us to the church and town centre. He gave some introduction about the church and told us where is the toilet. We don’t have to walk back to car park after finishing the tour. Instead, he told us to wait for him at the centre where he drove his car to pick us up."

""Petr picked us at the Cologne hotel precisely at 9 am as scheduled, and drove us to Heidelberg on August 31 with stops at Bruhl, Mainz, and Schwetzingen Castle. The trip was very nice and enjoyable. Petr was not familiar with the places we planned to visit, but he walked with us in the towns using the GPS on his phone. Everything went well and pretty much on time. He did not talk much but gave us enough information at each place so the tours went smoothly. He had hard time with his GPS to get to the hotel in Heidelberg that was marked as in "pedestrian area" in the Old Town on Google Map, but he managed to park his car close enough (less than 100 meters) and helped with our luggage to walk to the hotel.
